We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! **Organization:** SGMF-Sutter Gould Med Foundation **Position Overview:** Performs diagnostic Obstetric and Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) sonography procedures to assess fetus organs, female reproductive organs, and hemodynamics in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with policies, values, and mission of the organization. Responsible for commonly performed Obstetric procedures with consistent proficiency. Differentiating the abnormal structures from the normal structures. Performs the following exams with some support from preceptor and colleague: • 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, and 3rd trimester Anatomy survey • Nuchal translucency • Twins, Monochorionic/Monoamniotic, Monochorionic/Diamniotic, Dichorionic/Diamniotic • Twins anatomy survey and follow up • Fetal Echocardiogram • Doppler evaluation • Biophysical profile • Assisting invasive procedures, amniocentesis • Prepping the report **Job Description** : **EDUCATION:** * Graduate of an accredited sonography program (verification not required for those possessing ARDMS) **CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: ** * ARDMS (OB) * BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider * OR ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE****:** * General knowledge of diagnostic sonography principles, procedures, and views as well as the operation and maintenance of imaging equipment. * Capable of performing routine sonographic examinations as well as a basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. * Possess solid written and verbal communications skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences, including non-medical people. * Good time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized policies, procedures, and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadline. * Basic knowledge of computer applications,
