What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of experience in clinical setting, Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA), Completed ARDMS Physics Exam or Obtained ARRT Sonography Registry, Obtained at least two (2) advanced certification with the ARDMS (i. e. : Abdomen and Breast or OB/GYN) or obtained CCI RVS certification
What You'll Do.
Perform ultrasound examinations independently
Apply ultrasound or diagnostic techniques
Ensure patient safety and comfort
Obtain patient identification prior to conducting procedure
Perform procedures according to departmental protocol
Acquire and process optimum images
Provide quality care for all procedures and exams
Complete all aspects of patient care documentation
Communicate patient needs and responses
