What You'll Do.
Run machines, Assist in changeover, Troubleshoot machines, Process cannula, Load and unload cartridges, Record inspection and production data, Monitor equipment performance, Notify set-up for repairs, Perform titration testing, Complete QC charts, Load and unload carriers, Load and unload dryers, Soak line loading and unloading, Clear jams on lines, Replace hooks on lines, Drain, clean, rinse and fill Soni-Clean tanks, Cleaning of Soni-Clean lines, Properly fill out Q.
Charts, Fill out on going Q.
Charts, Adjust plate height on etch settings, Know AMP and time settings, Unloading and Loading Soni-Clean lines and Etch Machines, Work with chemicals for cleaning needles, Maintain equipment performance, Make process equipment adjustments, Clean up as required.
