What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Recent or current experience in the UK within emergency services, mental health or wellbeing sector, Demonstrated ability to manage a critical incident or potentially traumatic event, Experience in working with CALD [Culturally and Linguistically Diverse] groups and vulnerable persons
What You'll Do.
Provide in person support to our members to support their wellbeing and mental health
Conduct stakeholder engagement to support Sonder’s business and operational outputs as directed
Provide input to operational procedures and network management
Conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses as required
Assist at customer events to support the understanding and use of Sonder
