Due to continued growth, we are hiring a Solutions Specialist to assist early-stage strategic conversations with customers around the potential of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agents as part of a wider AI workforce. This is a junior role and would suit somebody keen to step up from a similar sales / account management / sales enablement role. **What will you be doing? ** * Lead strategic customer engagement to define AI workforce vision using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio and agent-based solutions. * Translate business challenges into high-value AI opportunities spanning automation, Copilot adoption and agentic use cases. * Act as the senior strategic lead across discovery, planning and throughout delivery to ensure alignment to business outcomes. * Partner with delivery teams and customers to drive adoption, capture insights, and continuously optimise AI solutions. * Define, quantify and communicate ROI, productivity gains and measurable business value using real engagement data. * Lead pre-sales activities including workshops, executive briefings and events, while supporting pipeline growth and opportunity shaping. * Build strong relationships with Microsoft and internal teams to align strategy, co-sell activity, and maximise customer value. * Enable internal teams and customers through knowledge sharing, account mapping, and expansion into broader AI, autom
