What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in professional services, implementation consulting, or services engagement, Proven track record of scoping complex software implementations and drafting detailed Statements of Work (SOW), technical aptitude with the ability to run technical validations and translate business requirements into achievable implementation plans, Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. , Business, Finance, Legal Studies or Communications)
Nice to Have
Experience in the legal-tech or procurement space (e.g. , CLM or Procurement Orchestration), Experience working in a high-growth startup environment (Series C through IPO), Background in Legal Engineering or as an Implementation Consultant, Familiarity with the "procurement orchestration" category
