What You'll Do.

Analyze and map contract prioritization frameworks to corresponding solutions to maximize performance outcomes and resource utilization

Develop systematic approaches for aligning high-priority contracts with optimal solution delivery models

Monitor and adjust solution assignments based on contract performance data and strategic priorities

Create and maintain solution-to-contract mapping documentation and workflows

Conduct comprehensive analysis of the Patient & Practice Solutions portfolio to identify optimization opportunities

and strategic alignment with business objectives

Develop and maintain holistic view of all solutions offerings

including performance metrics

Prepare executive reports on portfolio performance

and strategic recommendations

Serve as the operational bridge between contract prioritization and solution delivery teams

Collaborate with capacity planning teams to ensure solution rollouts align with available resources and operational capabilities

Partner with stakeholder teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
