This position can be based in any major city for ease of travel and collaboration with JLL colleagues and prospective clients., This is a hybrid we are open to any location with proximity to a JLL office, This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship., Travel and collaboration with JLL colleagues and prospective clients.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years proven experience as salesperson or role requiring outstanding business development and leadership skills, Ability to lead creative or unique solutions development – thinking beyond what we have always done, creating a vision of what could be, driving through hurdles, and leading teams to develop unique solutions, Ability to partner, critical for success when working with internal Subject Matter Experts and Brokers to showcase the best of JLL capabilities, writing skills, including communicating the complete holistic solution in a concise narrative and executive summary. This role will be responsible for bespoke written responses that share the solution, Budget owner during negotiations to validate scope and price, identifying any financial or delivery risks for JLL, including completing the internal profitability analysis for JLL. We will need to understand the concepts of our financial models and how to work within them, background in Portfolio Services & understanding of real estate outsourcing to design the right solution based on the client's problem, Help identify additional potential sales or growth opportunities during the solution process, Ability to articulate and present account team, solution structure, delivery approach, and maintenance strategy internally and to clients, Excellent capacity to listen, articulate what was heard, and mold this into a solution, Experience and comfort working in a collaborative and respectful team environment, Bachelor’s degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience

Experience in large, complex solutions for corporate occupiers is preferred

Leading and coordinating the development of winning solutions for prospective clients across the primary Portfolio Services of Lease Administration
Transaction Management and Brokerage
Ownership and development of the organization staffing model
Identifying detailed savings and improvement plans
Technology solutioning
Ensuring teams can deliver the solutions
Financial analysis that demonstrates the value proposition to our clients
Partners with sales leaders
functional subject matter experts
and marketing to create the most tailored
competitive solution possible for each client
Coordinating the development of clear
and winning value propositions for presentation to our prospective clients
Forming strategic solutions based on in-depth knowledge of each client
Assisting the sales leader in contracting by helping identify the best business terms language
developing contract exhibits
and conducting get-give analysis as needed
Owning the deliverables that will be key for business planning
Participating in client-facing presentation & yellow pads to help diagnose client needs and customize our solution
both directly and indirectly
a team of global/regional and service line resources that impact the solutions and proposed service offering
Financial pricing model (internal budget used during approval processes)
Developing and maintaining needed benchmarks and analytics to support estimating and pricing
Communicating with the delivery team and account management organization to help facilitate operational handoff
