We are seeking an enterprising Solution Lead to join our dynamic NEC Digital Studio team. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in designing tailored solutions for public sector clients. This role requires a hands-on approach and an understanding of the technical, non-technical and strategic aspects of solution design. It will act as the bridge between business needs, our technical/design teams and delivery, ensuring solutions are robust, compelling and aligned with NEC Digital Studio’s strategic direction. ## Qualifications Key responsibilities * Solution ownership and design. Lead the end-to-end solution design process from early concept, and initial engagement with clients and SMEs, to delivery, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business capabilities. This role focuses not just on the technical aspect of solution design, but instead on bringing together the range of SMEs required to design and implement a relevant overarching solution. * Internal product and capability development. Contribute to internal projects to develop new digital solutions.
