Must Have
Experience in a customer-facing SE, solution consulting, or hands on roles, Facilitation and presentation comfortable leading sessions with groups of 20–200+, Salesforce product domain speciality with ability to define, shape and help build content and demo assets, Ability to think strategically and work cross-functionally across clouds, marketing, and customer success, Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously

A passion for designing interactive, hands-on learning experiences — you believe customers learn by doing, A Self starter who is comfortable working in ambiguity, A natural collaborator who can bring people together around a shared vision, Ideally Sydney/Melbourne based
What You'll Do.
Coordinate and orchestrate visionary customer workshops
Design and facilitate Discovery & Strategy workshops
Manage and standardise content
Create compelling content and hands on interactive experiences
Understand Salesforce adoption paths
Maintain a central repository and calendar
Promote and educate both customers and internal teams
Coordinate logistics with Marketing
Align and collaborate with the Customer Success organisation
Build and maintain a workshop impact dashboard
