What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 - 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Engineering Support, or Software Development, Exceptional verbal and written fluency in both Spanish and English is required, Ability to travel up to 25% across Latin America and North America, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, Experience in a relevant technical field, such as software engineering, data analysis, or systems integration, with a focus on customer-facing roles, Technical knowledge and understanding of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies, Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communication and presentation skills, A customer-focused mindset, Desire to stay relevant with emerging technology, Ability to utilize market trends, Time management and organizational skills
Nice to Have
Experience with programming languages, such as Python, SQL, Java, or C#, experience with API integrations is a benefit, Ability to work with Agile Work Management, Ticketing and Customer Relationship Management tools like JIRA and Salesforce is an asset, Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, data visualization tools like Superset or Power BI preferred, desire to drive revenue growth, Experience with sales or business development, particularly with indirect sales channels

Team & Collaboration
Work closely with stakeholders within sales channels, customer care, product management, and other Solutions Engineering teams; Collaborate with the Geotab revenue generating teams; Work closely with partners; Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support

Exceptional verbal and written fluency in both Spanish and English; communication and presentation skills; articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
