About the Opportunity Solutions Engineers at EnergyHub operate at the intersection of our client-facing, product, and technical teams, enabling solutions that sit between market demands and product capabilities. This is an opportunity to join a critically placed team between our Sales and Product organizations, contributing to a positive impact on our climate future. This is a three-month summer internship opportunity. As a Solutions Engineering Intern, you'll take on real ownership of one of two high-impact projects designed to make our commercial operations faster, more transparent, and more scalable. You'll work directly with senior solutions engineers, commercial operations leaders, and cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, and Customer Support, gaining a behind-the-scenes look at how a leading climate-tech company turns distributed energy resources into virtual power plants. Main Responsibilities: What you'll do You'll own one of the following projects end-to-end, with mentorship and support from the Solutions Engineering team: Contracts Project Management Overhaul Map our current contracting process from start to finish, identifying stakeholders, dependencies, and critical-path bottlenecks Design and configure a project management process to track and manage our contracts portfolio across the team Develop project plan templates, tracking dashboards, and visibility tools that eliminate the need for a purpose-built coordination role Drive measurable improvements in cycle time, visibility, and cross-functional efficiency Across either project, you'll also: Collaborate with and receive mentorship from solutions engineers from a variety of backgrounds, gaining insights from their unique experiences and talents Work in an agile environment, deepening your understanding of how to translate cross-functional needs into excellent processes and tools Present your work and recommendations to commercial leadership at the end of the internship Other duties as ass
