What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles, Experience managing or mentoring technical teams, with a interest in people leadership and team development, Proven experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes, technical background, Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Solid understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes, Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership, Experience building or improving processes in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment, A proactive, organised approach with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion, Passion for AI and a commitment to its secure and responsible deployment

What You'll Do.

Lakera, a Check Point Company, is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager to build and lead a high-performing Solutions Engineering team as we scale. This is a player-coach role where you will combine hands-on engagement in strategic deals with team leadership and development. As we expand our global footprint, you will define the culture, standards, and technical excellence of the function while shaping Lakera’s go-to-market strategy globally. In this customer-facing leadership role, you will own technical pre-sales execution, accelerate revenue growth, and ensure customers successfully adopt Lakera’s AI Defense Plane.
