About the Role As a Mid-Market Solutions Engineer at Cyberhaven, you will play a vital role in supporting our Mid-market and SMB Sales teams. You’ll be responsible for assisting with opportunities throughout the pre-sales process—from initial qualification through production hand-off—primarily focusing on accounts with fewer than 2,500 employees. This position requires a blend of technical acumen and strong communication skills to deliver compelling product messaging and demonstrations. You’ll guide technical product evaluations, build and maintain key partner relationships, enable and support channel partners, and collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering. Your contributions and field insights will help drive continuous product improvement and foster success in a channel-driven sales model.
