Your work will focus on workflow automation, API integrations, backend services and AI-enabled capabilities that reduce manual effort, improve data quality and increase process efficiency. You will partner with business, product, architecture and engineering teams to translate operational problems into scalable backend solutions. This is a hands-on engineering role with ownership from technical design through implementation, integration, testing and stabilization. You will operate within a defined problem space, partnering with senior leaders to shape solution approaches and guide implementation across a small team. You will make design and implementation decisions within your scope, aligned to broader architectural direction.
