We pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and delivering tailored solutions to meet our clients' unique needs. **What you will do** The Pre-Sales Engineer serves as the technical authority supporting the accounts organization in the data center solutions manufacturing industry. This role bridges customer requirements with engineered solutions by translating business and technical needs into compliant, cost-effective, and scalable data center infrastructure designs. The Pre-Sales Engineer works closely with accounts, project management, engineering, operations and the customer to drive successful project outcomes. **How you will do it** Technical Sales Support * Act as the primary technical point of contact during the sales and design cycle. * Support accounts teams with technical knowledge, presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walk-throughs * Qualify customer requirements for data center solutions including power, cooling, racks, containment, modular systems, and prefabricated data centers Solution Design & Engineering * Develop conceptual and high-level detailed designs aligned with customer requirements, standards, and budgets * Produce technical documentation such as: * Single-line diagrams (SLDs) * Layout drawings * Bill of Materials (BOMs) * Scope of supply and technical compliance matrices * Project Manage the design phase with a clear understanding of design change impacts to the project, timelines or costs. Proposal & Bid Support * Lead technical input for RFP, RFQ, and tender responses * Review specifications, identify risks, assumptions, exclusions, and technical differentiators * Support pricing strategies by optimizing designs for cost, performance, and manuf
