This shift represents the biggest change to marketing since the dawn of the internet. Today, more than 500 paying brands—including Fortune 500 companies like Lenovo, category-defining brands like Akamai, ADP, Lenovo and breakout startups like Clerk—use the platform. ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner for enterprise- and large-scale customers. In this role, you’ll help shape how our product is positioned at scale, working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Location: NYC | Hybrid | 3x/week in-office *We are not currently offering fully remote if you are based in the NYC area. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Work with Enterprise Account Executives and leadership on Lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles from discovery and technical evaluation through to proposals, PoCs (proof-of-concepts), and closed-won deals. - Conduct deep technical discovery and multi-stakeholder workshops to understand needs and craft tailored solutions. - Own technical demonstrations and architecture design, including integrations, data flows, and enterprise-grade configurations translating product capabilities into customer value - Handle security, compliance, and procurement processes on behalf of the customer during deal cycles - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and Support to: - ensure proposed solutions align with product roadmap and compliance requ
