Must Have

3+ years of experience designing, deploying, and/or supporting IT infrastructure and/or IT security environments, 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or solutions engineering role within managed IT services, infrastructure, or cybersecurity, 2+ years of experience supporting customer account management or customer-facing technical engagements, Experience partnering with sales teams to support technical solution development and customer presentations, Experience architecting and supporting technologies including but not limited to: Managed IT Infrastructure Services, Managed IT Security Services, Public and Private Cloud Solutions, Network and Server Architecture, Endpoint Architecture, Experience working within fast-paced, customer-driven environments with multiple concurrent opportunities, consultative and customer-facing communication skills, Technical expertise in managed IT infrastructure and/or managed security services environments, solution architecture, discovery, requirements gathering, and proposal development capabilities, Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, Ability to establish credibility and rapidly build trusted customer relationships, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, Excellent written communication, presentation, and documentation skills, Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, operational, and sales teams, Highly organized with disciplined CRM usage and opportunity management, Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment, attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience, Managed IT Infrastructure Services, Managed IT Security Services, Public and Private Cloud platforms, Network and Server Architecture, Endpoint technologies and security solutions, Various third-party infrastructure and security partner platforms
