What They're Looking For.

Must Have

WHO YOU ARE Overflow is seeking a mission-aligned, results-oriented Solutions Engineer to support both the sales and onboarding experience for our partners. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with the GTM, Product, Engineering, and Onboarding teams to guide churches and nonprofits through technical discovery, integrations, implementation, and activation. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process, helping prospects understand Overflow’s platform, integrations, security, and implementation approach while translating technical concepts into clear business value. Following the sale, you’ll help ensure successful onboarding and implementation across Overflow products — from integrations and data imports to troubleshooting and partner support.
