The opportunity here is real: to build, shape, and scale alongside a company defining the future of performance advertising. ## Role Overview Jamloop is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as the connective tissue between our customers, revenue teams, and product organization. This role sits at the intersection of Product & Engineering, Sales, and Client Success. While positioned within the Client Success organization, the Product Solutions Engineer functions as an extension of Product, bringing market intelligence, customer feedback, and real-world use cases into product discussions while helping prospects and customers understand the full value of the Jamloop platform. The ideal candidate combines deep adtech expertise with exceptional communication skills and strong product instincts. You are equally comfortable leading a strategic product demonstration, facilitating a discovery conversation with a prospective customer, participating in roadmap planning discussions, or translating customer feedback into actionable product recommendations. In the near term, success comes from elevating product demonstrations, improving technical discovery, and helping prospects understand how Jamloop's platform drives measurable business outcomes.
