Our Solutions Development team were set up for exactly this reason! **What this job involves:** * **Business Development-** Does new business light a fire in you? We, too, are just as passionate about growing our portfolio! In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and rewarding client facing sales and business development team. You will strategically identify target clients by developing a client stakeholder mapping and pursuit strategy. * Reporting is a key aspect in any matrix organisation. Your strategy will account for this. You will provide monthly management updates on all aspects of the bid process including IFM new business numbers, APAC bid activity, quarterly forecasts, target vs actual performance and new business pipeline tracker. * **Process Management** \- What level of exposure do you currently have to the bid process?
