Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and support technical discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to capture requirements, constraints, risks, and project objectives. Design scalable infrastructure solutions across data center, structured cabling, network, cloud, hybrid, security, and collaboration environments. Develop detailed Statements of Work, labor estimates, BoMs, and technical proposals aligned with client needs and delivery feasibility. Validate pricing inputs, subcontractor quotes, and technical assumptions to ensure accuracy and profitability. Manage Salesforce-based case workflows from intake through solution development, review cycles, PMO validation, and client sign-off. Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation including diagrams, rack elevations, and implementation plans. Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, PMO, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment across scope, risks, and delivery expectations. Incorporate feedback from internal reviews and continuously refine solution packages and documentation.
