Must Have
1+ years of experience in a technical role (e. g. , Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting) or 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role within a SaaS environment, Experience with APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations, Experience with AI-powered solutions and their application in customer communication, A hands-on curiosity for AI: you actively experiment with and build using AI tools in your professional or personal life, from vibe-coding quick prototypes to automating workflows and exploring what the latest models can do, problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value, project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, Highly collaborative attitude, with a hands-on mindset and ownership mentality, Fluent in English and Spanish
Nice to Have
Experience with scripting and coding, Experience with helpdesk, ticketing, or messaging platforms, Prior experience working with customer engagement AI solutions, additional languages are a plus

As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers unlock the full potential of Trengo’s AI-powered platform. By providing expert guidance, you will ensure seamless integration with their existing tools and maximize the value they gain from our solutions. In this role, you will be part of the Customer Experience department and will also collaborate closely with the Sales and Onboarding teams to scope, design, and execute projects that require technical expertise and a deep understanding of business needs. Your work will directly contribute to customer acquisition, retention, and expansion by enabling customers to effectively leverage AI-driven automation and integrations in a scalable way.
