Must Have
3+ years of experience in a SaaS/AI-native pre-sales and/or Quality Management role within life sciences (pharma), or in a capacity directly supporting clients in these industries, A solid grounding in GxP frameworks, 21 CFR Part 11, Computer Software Assurance (CSA), and ISO 9001, Hands-on familiarity with AI, Ability to distill complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear, polished presentations and responses, tailored to any audience- from technical teams to C-suite executives, Proven experience engaging and presenting to C-level stakeholders, ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently, without losing attention to detail or quality of output, Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving market conditions
Nice to Have
pharmaceutical industry experience is strongly preferred

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work in close partnership with Account Executives; Work in close partnership with Customer Success Managers; Provide technical depth and industry credibility; Accelerate deals; Strengthen customer relationships; Participate in deal reviews; Contribute expertise to shape strategy; Improve win rates; Train and enable Sales and Customer success colleagues; Serve as critical bridge between customers and Product/Engineering teams; Translate prospect frustrations, functionality gaps, and feature requests into clear, actionable feedback; Inform the product roadmap; Contribute as subject matter expert on RFP/RFI responses

As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll be a key player in driving the adoption of Qualio by supporting the pre-sales engagements with our prospective and existing customers in Life Sciences. Drawing on your hands-on experience in the life sciences industry and leveraging AI, you will work closely with prospects and existing customers to demonstrate how Qualio’s agentic platform can simplify and strengthen their processes, creating tangible business outcomes and helping them see the real-world impact of modernising their compliance and quality tech stack. You will also be key to training our Sales and Customer Success teams about the industry and our product. What will I be doing? As a Solutions Consultant, you will: Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and articulate how Qualio's AI solution can fundamentally transform how they operate.
