Must Have

8+ years professional experience, 4+ years sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization, Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and effectively position solutions in presales, including defining success criteria and leading evaluations, communication skills with experience delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to a variety of audiences, understanding and addressing the variety of personas and workflows across Product, Design, and Engineering, Experience with front-end development or the developer lifecycle

Nice to Have

Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience

What You'll Do.

Paint the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers in realizing the value through product demonstrations and presentations

Support the Sales team by addressing Figma platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery to customers

Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires and enterprise requirements

in order to help customers adopt the platform securely and at scale

Collaborate with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security through new product features and help influence the product roadmap

Design and scale technical sales efforts
