Must Have

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related discipline, Minimum of 16+ years of experience in PLM systems analysis, implementation, and management, Proven experience with FlexPLM, Windchill, Thing Worx, and CAD systems (e. g. , Creo, Solidworks, Freeform, Artios Cad), background in business process analysis and system integration within the product development lifecycle, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges, Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage teams across different time zones

Nice to Have

Experience with large-scale PLM transformation or system implementation programs within CPG/Retail industries, Understanding digital thread, digital twin, or model-based enterprise concepts, Exposure to Agile delivery models and tools (e. g. , JIRA, Azure DevOps), Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT functions

Job Title: PLM Transformation Location: Hyderabad, India Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Manager to spearhead the Future State PLM transformation initiative. This role will be responsible for assessing current-state PLM processes, gathering cross-functional business requirements, and helping define the vision and roadmap for a scalable, future-ready PLM ecosystem. The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the new PLM solution aligns with enterprise objectives and supports end-to-end product lifecycle processes within CPG industry. The candidate must be willing to work on site 4 days a week in Hyderabad, during US EST time zone. Key Responsibilities: Current State Assessment & Gap Analysis * Lead the assessment and redesign of PLM processes to align with business objectives and technological advancements based on leading practices within CPG. * Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for the integration of FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx, and 3rd party CAD systems. * Document and evaluate current PLM business processes, systems, and data flows across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams. * Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and manual dependencies in the current state. * Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs and priorities. * Build MTIC PLM support and project team to enable future state Mattel PLM transformation program. Future State Design & Roadmap * Work with functional leads to define future state business processes and operating models. * Develop business use cases, process flows, and capability maps to support future state definition. * Align future state capabilities with enterprise PLM vision, compliance needs, and digital transformation goals.
