Must Have
University Degree: Master’s degree (Ing. / M. Sc) in a technical field: Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or Electrical Engineering, At least 8 years of experience in IT/Cloud engineering, with at least 4 years as an IT/Solutions Architect focusing on complex distributed data platforms, Deep Hands-On Linux Expertise: Advanced Linux administration, low-level kernel tuning, system call optimization, and storage I/O performance tuning for high-throughput pipelines, Advanced Networking: Proven background in network topology design (VPC peering, ExpressRoute, VPN, complex routing, firewall rules, hybrid-cloud networks), Containerization & Orchestration: Practical experience in deploying and operating production-grade Kubernetes clusters and Docker runtimes, Fluent professional English (C1/C2) written and spoken
Nice to Have
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional / GCP Professional Cloud Architect, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) / CKAD, TOGAF 9/10 Certified Practitioner, Experience with ADAS/AD system development, automotive protocols, and HIL/SIL/PIL simulation pipelines is an advantage, Czech is a plus for local coordination

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Technical Center within the R&D Center in Prague. The R&D Center in Prague is responsible for system validation activities supporting advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving technologies on a global scale. In this role, you will design, evolve, and technically lead comprehensive IT, cloud, and HPC solution architectures for the global ADAS/AD System Validation Data Lifecycle Platform and AI projects. You will ensure alignment with functional and non-functional requirements while maintaining compliance with Valeo IT, SysVal CoE, R&D DSIS, Cyber Security, and international standards. You will own the technical vision of the platform across the complete data journey — from global in-vehicle data recording and high-throughput ingestion to hybrid data transformation, automated and human-in-the-loop annotation, deterministic SIL/HIL/PIL reprocessing, KPI computation, and secure long-term archiving.
