About the team The Field Engineering team is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective deployment of TwelveLabs' video understanding APIs for developers and enterprises. We act as a trusted advisor and thought partner for our customers, ensuring they maximize value from our multimodal foundation models and products. The Solutions team, part of Field Engineering, is focused on enabling high-impact and strategic customers. They collaborate closely to resolve technical challenges, provide deep expertise, and co-build innovative video AI applications that highlight the transformative advantages of our platform.
