Full Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a Solutions Architect Senior Associate to lead the development and delivery of technical solutions across the Rowan project portfolio. This role is a key part of the technical team, driving solution design and cross functional coordination from early planning through implementation. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in technical problem solving, solution design principles, and modern infrastructure or cloud‑based technologies. This role will independently manage a variety of efforts including, submittal review, progress construction drawing review, and site‑specific building solutions. While experience in data centers or industrial environments is beneficial, it is not required. Candidates with broader technology, engineering, or architecture backgrounds who are eager to take on complex solution‑design work are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, a customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Comfort navigating ambiguity, mentoring junior team members, and working effectively in a fast paced, cross‑functional environment is essential.
