What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Service Desk L2 / L3 support of applications pertaining to Healthcare or similar, Hospital medications management / Clinical Pharmacy Services, Providing functional and technical support for healthcare IT systems, Highly proficient in written and verbal communications
Nice to Have
Degree in Health Information Management and/or Information Technology, Current Pharmacy registration or similar, Understanding of ITIL processes, Understand of interfacing and HL7 messaging, MS SQL read and write experience
What You'll Do.
Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage
analysis and resolution.
Problem / Defect identification and categorisation
Deliver quality task (incident and problem) resolution focused on support and maintenance related client interactions and effectively manage within contracted service level timeframes / targets.
Provide functional and technical advice and knowledge
both internally and externally
pertaining to Dedalus Medication management solutions.
Develop a working relationship with our customers to foster collaboration and facilitate growth
Participate in a rotating roster for out-of-hour support of incidents
