ABOUT SARVAM Sarvam is building the bedrock of Sovereign AI for India. The company is developing India's full-stack sovereign AI platform, building across research, models, infrastructure and applications with a singular focus on making AI genuinely work for India. Sarvam works with leading enterprises and public institutions and is backed by Lightspeed, Peak XV, and Khosla Ventures. Sarvam partners with India's leading brands, including Tata Capital, SBI Life, CRED, IDFC, and LIC. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Solution Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to serve as the critical bridge between Sarvam's products and its clients. You will own end-to-end deployment of Sarvam's AI solutions at client locations — translating product capabilities into real-world outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of technology, client relationship management, and delivery, and requires someone who is equally comfortable in a boardroom and a server room. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own the end-to-end deployment of Sarvam's AI products at client sites, from onboarding through go-live • Act as the primary bridge between Sarvam's product and engineering teams and client stakeholders • Understand client requirements deeply and translate them into clear, actionable deployment plans • Manage on-site and remote implementation activities, coordinating across internal teams and client IT/ops teams • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues during and after deployment • Gather client feedback and relay product insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts to ensure long-term success and satisfaction • Document deployment processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 3–5 years of experience in solutions delivery, implementation, or technical consulting roles • Strong understanding of AI/ML products or enterprise SaaS deployments • Hands-on experienc
