Must Have

Position Summary Kaseya is looking for a results-driven Solutions Specialist with strong B2B/SaaS sales experience and a passion for helping customers solve complex IT challenges. In this role, you will partner closely with account management teams to drive cross-sell opportunities across Kaseya’s product portfolio within our existing customer base. You will own the full sales cycle, including pipeline forecasting, account strategy, resource coordination, and deal execution to successfully close new business opportunities. This is a technical sales role requiring foundational knowledge of IT solutions and the ability to confidently engage with both Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Internal IT customers. As a Solutions Specialist, you will develop deep expertise across one to three products and serve as a trusted advisor and strategic resource for sales teams.
