Ensure alignment with internal IT governance frameworks, security standards, architectural principles, and regulatory requirements; Ensure traceability and audit readiness; Summarize progress against schedule, completed milestones, upcoming activities, financial overview, risks, issues, and decisions required; Ensure controlled documentation management; Validate solution architecture, infrastructure readiness, system interfaces, data migration approach, and deployment sequencing; Coordinate go-live planning, production readiness confirmation, stakeholder approval, and formal deployment authorization; Summarize scope delivery, final outcomes, budget overview, key decisions, challenges, and lessons learned

Must Have
Full lifecycle responsibility for projects, Experience in project management tools for Analytics Planning, Resources, Financials and Status Report segments, Tools able to prepare purchase requests, oversee the purchase order process flow, grant appropriate approvals, monitor the procurement progress, collaborate in sourcing and conclude procurements by receiving project deliverables, Ability to lead cross-functional IT teams, Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, Decision-making skills, Problem-solving skills, Conflict resolution capabilities, Team motivation capabilities, Excellent written communication, Excellent verbal communication, Capable of reporting to executives, Capable of reporting to technical teams, Ability to document project requirements, Ability to create status reports, Ability to present progress updates clearly, Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance

The NCIA provides a wide range of services, including: Cyber Security: The NCIA provides advanced cybersecurity solutions to protect NATO's communication networks and information systems against cyber threats.
