对 T&D Innovation Solution(含 NPS 相关产品)承担商业结果与收入目标; 推动从机会识别、方案共创、报价到合作落地的完整商业闭环; 与关键客户建立长期、可扩展的合作关系,而非一次性项目; 确保解决方案具备:清晰定位, 可复制结构, 商业可规模性; 增强 NIQ 在中国科技与耐用消费品领域的创新与咨询能力形象

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

10 years of experience, 甲方背景 (强偏好): 来自华为 / 荣耀 / 小米 / OPPO / vivo / TCL 等科技或耐用消费品公司, 在甲方担任过 产品经理、产品负责人、CMI / 用户研究 / 市场洞察 / 战略相关角色, 具备产品思维 + 商业思维,能把复杂业务问题转化为结构化解决方案, 优秀的沟通能力,能与客户中高层进行战略层对话, 能独立完成高质量 Proposal,并具备对外Pitch能力

Nice to Have

同时具备 乙方经验 (咨询公司 / 调研公司 / 数据或洞察服务商), 有将研究 / 洞察 产品化、模块化、规模化 的实际经验, 熟悉 NPS、用户体验、产品创新、品牌或增长相关议题

Team & Collaboration

作为 NIQ 与客户的战略顾问接口; 作为“产品Owner视角”的代表,与 Commercial, SA&I Product, Tech & Operations 团队紧密协作; 推动创新解决方案从“项目思维”向“产品思维”转型

优秀的沟通能力; 能与客户中高层进行战略层对话; 具备对外Pitch能力
