Must Have
Proven SAP ERP delivery experience in the areas of Supply Chain Planning, Enterprise-first makes decisions for the good of the whole organisation, High levels of influence, credibility, and presence with senior stakeholders, judgement and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, Collaborative and able to align diverse groups behind a shared direction, Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements, Understanding how process design connects to data, systems, controls, and integration points, Able to work effectively with Business Process Owners and Senior Business Leaders to ensure alignment and feasibility, Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities

The Solution Owner is the enterprise-wide technology enabler of an end to end (E2E) global business process and is responsible for its functional design, delivery, service operation and continuous improvement across all functions and markets. This role sits at the centre of Haleon’s transformation — ensuring our processes evolve from legacy, fragmented ways of working into integrated, standardised, and digitally enabled ways of working unlock capacity across the organization, align to strategy, maintain compliance, and operational excellence in support of the growth agenda. The Solution Owner acts as an informed decision-maker for the enterprise, enabling Business Process Owners to breaking down functional silos and ensuring technology choices are made for the good of the whole organisation.
