Must Have
Experience in a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Implementation role, Background in marketing strategy and automation, Working expertise with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Practical AI applications, Fluent in both French and English
Nice to Have
Prior experience working with or selling to NGOs, charities, or the broader non-profit sector, Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Experience with specific Marketing Cloud modules such as Account Engagement or Engagement, Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift, Familiarity with Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or Agentic AI, Speak German or Spanish in addition to French and English
