understanding of Business Fundamentals and how Salesforce can support business capabilities, Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the value and benefits that Salesforce can provide to customers, Ability to build and configure demonstration on the platform, Experience implementing Digital Transformation strategies and delivering increased success to their customers., Track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or training success for an enterprise software solution organization., Proven oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication and relationship skills., Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment., Ability to work as part of a team to tackle problems in dynamic, energizing environments., Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge., Loves to be the first to know something and to understand why and how things happen., Good at searching out information and experimenting, love to concentrate on a particular topic, and tackle puzzles., Good at explaining ideas and finding ways to keep people’s attention.
Nice to Have
Salesforce Product knowledge and certifications, Ability to configure and build demonstrations on the Salesforce platform, Experience with selling too or working within a business services environment
What You'll Do.
Support the account teams with technical sand sales skills
Own the technical solution and orchestrate the various solutions specialists across the sales lifecycle
Bring innovative solutions to life for customers
Learn and adopt new technology such as Agentforce
Support Marketing and events to drive pipeline and the industry understanding on the Salesforce industry capabilities
Define and agree a reference Solution architecture that resonates to the industry
Lead and bring in relevant skills from the Salesforce ecosystem to support the GTM and solution
Convey a deep understanding of the client’s industry and technology as it pertains to Salesforce’s solutions
Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other teams.
Understand the customer’s needs
and establish Salesforce’s product as the best solution that solves unique challenges
Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions
build and present customised demos of Salesforce products including solution concepts to key decision-makers to address their business issues and needs showing business value.
Participate in all appropriate product
and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position
Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
Respond efficiently to RFPs
Lead the technical side of the sales cycle
Grow your career and participate in internal training programs and mentorship initiatives.
