Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $50M in Series A funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally About the role As a Solutions Engineer at Unframe, you’ll be the first technical voice a prospect hears. You’ll join early conversations, showcase real solutions built on Unframe, and help potential customers connect the dots between their needs and our platform. You’ll demo AI-powered use cases across multiple industries — from finance to cybersecurity to operations — and guide technical discovery to help prospects envision what’s possible. This is a high-impact, outward-facing role at the intersection of Sales, Product and Marketing. What you’ll do Join early-stage calls with Strategic Account Executives to lead technical discovery and demos. Deliver compelling live demos tailored to customer pain points and use cases. Translate customer pain points into relevant AI-powered solution examples. Communicate the value and architecture of Unframe clearly and confidently. Build credibility and trust with prospects while becoming a strategic partner in shaping their AI vision. Share insights with Product, Marketing, and R&D teams based on real-world conversations. What we are looking for 5+ years experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or product management. Strong understanding of enterprise software, APIs, and modern cloud platforms. Confident presenting technical products to both business and technical audiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
