This role extends beyond pre-sales into post-sales enablement, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and long-term value realization for enterprise customers. Working closely with the sales team, this role is pivotal to shaping our customer onboarding process. This role focuses on aligning technical product capabilities, consulting on all technical aspects, supporting clients through deployments, to help drive measurable value for the customer. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise deployment planning discussions with customer IT teams: including scalable rollout strategies across Windows (Intune/SCCM/GPO) and macOS (JAMF/plist) environments, solution design, and security review. Develop and present technical materials that explain think-cell’s solution, deployment model, and integration approach to technical audiences. Translate customer requirements into scalable deployment and configuration recommendations, providing hands-on guidance throughout technical discovery, pilot setup, rollout planning, and post-deployment optimization Manage inquiries related to data security and co
