Must Have

3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Implementation, or a similar client-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS or API-first environments, Comfortable working with REST APIs, reading technical documentation, debugging integration issues, and guiding clients through implementation, Excellent written and spoken Arabic is required, Highly accountable, organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

Familiarity with payments, fintech, or bank integrations is a plus

ABOUT THE JOB   As a Solutions Engineer at Lean, you’ll help customers design, implement, and launch integrations successfully. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to support technical presales, guide implementation from sandbox to production, and help customers adopt Lean’s products effectively. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to solve problems, keep delivery on track, and create a smooth integration experience. This is a client-facing role for technically strong, adaptable problem-solvers who enjoy turning customer needs into practical solutions.   Who we are Lean is building the fintech infrastructure platform that catalyzes the next generation of payments and fintech solutions in the region.
