What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, AI Solutions, or Systems Architecture (client-facing), Demonstrated AI literacy with practical application (LLMs, automation workflows, enterprise AI use cases), Experience translating our requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions, Working knowledge of security practices (IAM, data protection, compliance frameworks), Experience in credit, fraud, identity, or risk analytics domains, Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure/GCP), Experience with Python or SQL, Experience supporting pre-sales or solution consulting engagements

What You'll Do.
Lead AI-driven discovery and requirements sessions to identify opportunities for intelligent decisioning
Translate client needs into end-to-end AI-enabled solutions using: LLMs and AI workflows
and cloud-native architectures
Design and deliver scalable implementations on Bureau Composer
including: Real-time decisioning workflows
Standard and custom solutions
Conduct technical presentations
and AI solution workshops for both executive and technical audiences
Guide production deployment
and troubleshooting of AI-powered solutions
Partner with Sales and Product to identify expansion opportunities and increase incremental revenue
Ensure agreement on security
and data governance frameworks (FCRA
Build reusable AI solution patterns
