What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BSA in related discipline or advanced degree, 5-8 years of successful experience in related field, Ability to lead, direct, motivate, and coordinate activities of a proposal team, written and verbal communication skills, Ability to manage multiple opportunities with various deadlines simultaneously, Reliably forecast and report out on proposal status

Develop costing for customer solutions
Document pertinent information for proposals
Lead proposal team efforts
Present results to sales
Facilitate project transition to operations
Analyze customer business requirements
Develop application design in products
Understand customer operations
Derive staffing levels needed
Bundle service offerings
Generate costing workbooks
Develop data for proposal document
Assist in development of new proposal content
Monitor assignment schedule
Assist with maintenance of proposal boiler plates
Respond to inquiries related to iProposal tool
Initiate reviews with operation stakeholders
Coordinate meetings with Sales and Operations
Manage multiple priorities
Conduct training sessions
Perform complex technical interchange
Knowledge transfer for processes
Knowledge transfer for application of products

Team & Collaboration
Work with all departments; Lead the proposal team; Present results to Dematic Sales; Facilitate transition to operations team; Partners with sales on missing information; Coordinates meetings with Sales and Operations; Work with key stake holders
