Full Job Description

The Solution Development Lead is responsible for the evaluation of new and renewal services representing all services Dematic has to offer including Resident Maintenance in which they will develop costing focused on the customer’s Dematic solution(s) and needs. Pertinent information will be documented and provided in support of preparing successful and accurate proposals. They will work with all departments of Dematic to develop safe, low risk, creative and competitive solutions to meet a client’s needs. Where appropriate, they will lead the proposal team in its efforts and present the results to Dematic Sales and possibly to the potential customer.
