This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.” # **Tasks and Qualifications:** Predominantly working with Dematic's existing customer base the role involves interpreting customers’ requirements for upgrade and extension projects, to produce the following: * Specification * Project solution * Layout drawings * Project programme * Costing sheet * Offer document * Verify unit cycle times, system throughput, and initial dimensional requirements * Liaise with internal engineering departments and external sub-contractors to further develop the project definition * Design Risk Assessments **What We Are Looking For:** * Degree in related engineering discipline or advanced degree but may be substituted with experience. Certification may be required in some areas. * Demonstrate and apply a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments. * Successfully apply complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization to prov
