The Solution Design Engineer will play a crucial role in providing pre-sales technical support, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of customer feedback into product development. **Responsibilities of a Design Engineer:** * Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering customer inquiries. * Work with customers to understand their requirements and design customized solutions that meet their needs. * Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product improvements. * Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and sales materials to support the sales process. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. * Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and effective communication. * Perform other duties as required. These duties may include assignments in job classification other than their own. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field, preferred. * Experience in Ekahau software and Lucidcharts is preferred * Minimum of 3 years of experience in network design utilizing Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco Meraki equipment * Excellent organizational skills while being very detail oriented with the ability to work independently to solve problems and anticipate needs and as a part of a collaborative team. * Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional professionalism. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. * A growth mindset, with commitment to continuous learning and self-im
