What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in vendor, channel, or solution consulting or 5+ years in channel-driven software environments, Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Operation (AECO) or related design/technical fields, Practical understanding of AECO workflows including conceptual design, 3D modeling, visualization, documentation, project management and project delivery, Practical understanding of CDE concept & Autodesk Forma Industry Cloud and related workflows, Familiarity with industry standards, modeling practices, and multi-software workflows across design and construction, Solid knowledge of IT fundamentals (operating systems, networks, cloud computing, database, scripting, etc), analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, Ability to translate technical workflows into measurable business value and productivity improvements, Proven ability to influence and align VARs, partners, and customers toward shared business outcomes, negotiation, presentation, communication and persuasion skills to align Autodesk resellers and end-users towards Autodesk strategy & collaborative solutions

Full Job Description
## **Job Purpose:** We are looking for an energetic, dedicated technical business development professionals to work as a bridge between Autodesk, Reseller/VARs/Solution partners and end-users (e.g. engineering - or design teams). Associate Solution Consultants would be responsible to utilize end-users’ and reseller’s input and sales information to ensure and support the integration of Autodesk solutions and services, addressing customer’s business requirements and challenges in Malaysia and over multiple locations within South East Asia (if necessary). ## **Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate pre‑sales demonstrations, technical discussions, solution positioning, and workflow presentations for **AEC Collection, Forma, AutoCAD** and other related solutions. * Support post‑sales activities including deployment, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. * Conduct in‑depth technical discovery to understand customer workflows, pain points, and business requirements, recommending the right solutions and services. * Organize and deliver training courses and mentoring sessions for relevant solution sets and product areas. * Provide billable consulting services for customer projects, including template creation, workflow design, and integration with other industry solutions. * Work closely with partners and customers to identify recurring issues and collaborate with product teams to resolve them. * Deliver online and in‑person training for sales partners and end‑users across **Malaysia** * Support marketing team to develop brochures, one‑pagers, workflow guides, and other marketing‑related materials to support partner campaigns and customer education. * Collaborate with Business Units to produce technical‑marketing content that highlights the value proposition and industry relevance. ## **Knowledge, Skills and Experience** * 3+ years of experience in vendor, channel, or solution consulting roles; or 5+ years in channel‑driven software envi
