Industry & Context.
Requires domestic travel to Client sites in the Northeast Region, occasional travel to other Nexthink sites within the USA and internationally, Willingness to travel domestically across the Northeast, occasional US and international travel
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years in presales, solutions consulting, or technical consulting, at least part of that selling SaaS or cloud-based enterprise solutions, Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue goals in partnership with a sales organization, Demonstrated experience leading large, complex enterprise deals as the technical voice in the room, Hands-on expertise in at least one of the following: End User Computing, Workplace, or Desktop Services, Digital Experience Monitoring or end-user experience platforms, Cloud, Windows, M365, or major migration / change programs, ITIL, service lifecycle, or IT service management, Endpoint security, governance, risk, or compliance, business acumen — able to translate technical capability into business outcomes for executive audiences, Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal credibility with senior IT leaders and executives, Willingness to travel domestically across the Northeast, with occasional US and international travel
Nice to Have
Experience introducing a new or category-defining technology into an enterprise market, Background bridging two or more of the domains above (e. g. , DEX + ITSM, or EUC + security), Experience as a public-facing thought leader — speaking, writing, or evangelizing
