Must Have
Over 8 years of experience in business analysis roles, experience working on both supplier-side and internal business-side roles as a Business Analyst, ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all management levels, Ability to design and execute effective communication plans for stakeholders with limited availability, including risk management related to stakeholder unavailability, Ability to identify and differentiate between business needs, user needs, and stakeholder needs, proficiency in BA techniques and tools, with full responsibility for the quality of delivered artifacts, Proficiency in AI tools supporting Business Analysis activities, including validation and improvement of requirements quality (e. g. , Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot), Expert knowledge of at least one category of non-functional requirements, understanding of the full requirements lifecycle, including elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management, Experience working in projects using different software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks in an Agile environment, Proven ability to work effectively as part of a distributed team, Excellent negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of at least one target domain (e. g. , insurance, energy, hospitality, life sciences), business acumen, Solid understanding of lean product development principles and design thinking methodology, Understanding of service-oriented business models and service development approaches

Team & Collaboration
Work as part of the UK sales team; Work alongside management team, Customer Success Directors, Global CTO; Work with leaders in Product Design, Solution Architecture, Data Engineering and Data Science functions; Work with product designer and solution architect; Work with Account Managers, Client Engagement Managers and Business Development Managers; Work with client stakeholders; Work with project sponsors and SMEs; Assist project team during initial stages; Work effectively as part of a distributed team

## Description ELEKS Business Analysis Office is looking for a Solution Business Analyst in the United Kingdom. ABOUT PROJECT Choosing to work as a dedicated pre-sales Business Analyst at ELEKS in the UK can be a strong career move for both professional, and personal reasons; it’s an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to high-value, strategic work.
