What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven hands-on SAP project experience across at least one core module: MM, SD, FI/CO, or PP, understanding of SAP Activate methodology and end-to-end consulting lifecycle, Experience designing or supporting enterprise SAP landscapes and implementations, Ability to translate complex SAP business processes into clear, structured technical requirements, Comfortable working directly with enterprise stakeholders—from functional consultants to programme directors, Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for an on-site role, Experience with S/4HANA migrations or greenfield implementations, Background working at a system integrator or SAP-focused consultancy
Nice to Have
Exposure to AI, LLM-based products, or curiosity about AI-driven systems, SAP certifications in relevant modules
