What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Information Technology) is required. 10+ years of experience in software development with significant experience in solution architecture and technical leadership roles. Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-scale systems.
Nice to Have
Experience with domain-driven design (DDD) and event-driven architecture. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar). Experience with solution estimation, budgeting, and resource planning. Architecture certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, etc. ) are a plus. Exposure to AI/ML platforms, modern analytics ecosystems, or data engineering is a plus.

This role requires deep expertise in application architecture, cloud platforms, distributed systems, enterprise security, and integration patterns. The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, driving architecture strategy, and leading engineering teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and maintainable systems. This role combines hands-on technical depth with architectural leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivery accountability.
